Those of you that know me, know I LOVE chocolate. Amazing flavors, textures, and ideas at this place!

Well we're back from the chocolate conference in Napa CA and we're full of ideas! What did we do to inspire these ideas? We visited some of the industries largest and smallest chocolate/confection stores and manufacture facilities including: Jelly Belly, Blommer Chocolate, and Woodhouse Chocolate. On top of that we visited wine makers to see how they do it Napa Valley style. Above all we met some of the worlds nicest people - chocolate and confection makers from all over the world - and soaked up their advice and knowledge like big sponges!

I cannot wait to start applying some of the ideas we have in the store. Look here for more information and new items in the coming months!
