| Biography: | Svelte was formed by two ex-Supergroove members, Tim Stewart and Ben Sciascia with drummer Jamie Woolright - son of legendary New Zealand bass player, Paul Woolright. The three piece have spent the last couple of years writing, rehearsing and playing shows in Auckland and Wellington. The band performed live on National Radio's ‘Home Grown’, and 95bfm's Fancy New Band. Svelte have played with bands such as The Exponents, The Bads, Die! Die! Die! and OdESSA. |
