Mitchell Memorial Library is closing early on Saturday November 8th for a special event. We will open again for our regular schedule on Sunday at 1:00pm.

Mississippi State University Libraries will host former U.S. Congressman and financier Barry Goldwater, Jr. for its fall installment of the Morris W.H. (Bill) Collins Speaker Series on Thursday, October 30, 2008, beginning at 3:00 pm in the Libraries’ John Grisham Room. The Collins Speaker Series brings leading figures of the day to the Mississippi State University campus to engage in close, personal discussions about their lives and careers. For this event there will be special van service for attendees who wish to park at Humphrey Coliseum.
