Hello, I've sent several messages to your consumercare email only to be ignored! We're owed our $100 cash back~how do I talk to a real person with your company? We received our last communication from your website saying that our claim was still being processed (back in late August) and then the status messages stopped and we never received our money! please find me on facebook (I'm a "fan" of yours now) and let me what the status of claim #75283 is~we were told we'd get a response back within one business day~that was last Thursday!
