I like to hit the Bloomingdale, IL location on my lunch break or after work. Books, DVDs and music... I Love this place!

I go to the one in Niles, IL all the time. I save so much $$$ on books, music & movies.

Just recently moved to an area that has HPB stores, and I am in love. I just can't wait to go back when I actually have a couple of $$ to spend! I have a philosophy that usually hurts my wallet, "If a book is worth reading, it is worth buying."

I also shop religiously even when I have no cash. I have also bought some really rare vinyl there. And it's only a bike-ride away! Talk about GREEN!! My name is Katy and I've been a Half-Price Book-aholic for about 10 years now.

I absolutly love that when i find an author i love i can go to the half price book store and get as many books by that person i can find, and its not going to cost me $100! i bought about 10 books by my favorite author for $20! I would totally reccomend to anyone that they should look for books there.
