What do we do?

Erin Laver is our Registered Massage Therapist. She provides treatments for a variety of soft tissue based disorders such as headaches, back pain and stress. She has considerable experience providing treatments for pregnant and post-partum mothers.

Sherri Moore, RPT and Marion Perras, RPT of Essential Physiotherapy have a general practice offering treatments for muscle and joint injuries and conditions including treatments and classes for pregnant and post-partum mothers. Be sure to check out their new Postpartum Exercise Class! In addition to their general practice, offer treatments for pelvic floor weakness, bladder and bowel disorders, prolapsed organ and pelvic pain.

Jennifer Fabe is our Registered Dietitian. She can help you learn to make healthy eating decisions based on your goals.

Adrienne Roberts BA DSHM is our Homeopathic Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine. Adrienne's goal as a homeopath is to provide an overal increase in health and well-being in a patient's vitality, mental clarity and physical being.

Janice Mannering is our Lactation Consultant. She has nine years experience helping mothers breastfeed their babies in challenging situations. Professional help in the first few weeks can make the difference between a positive breastfeeding experience and a negative one.

Jessica Tremblay is our Childbirth Instructor. Our Childbirth classes will empower women to choose the kind of birth that is best for them, be it medicated or un-medicated, intervention-free or full of traditional interventions. She’ll get you up on your feet (or hands and knees) for this interactive class where you will be learning and practicing natural childbirth techniques. A breastfeeding class is included.
