Welcome to APSA's New Website! October 15
We are very excited to announce the launch of this new website. Many people have been working diligently not only to redesign the site to look more appealing, but to create a site that allows for better online integration between you - the member - and APSA. We hope you enjoy the experience!
Membership October 15
We are pleased to formalize the membership aspect of the organization through membership dues. You can now officially join as a dues-paying member at http://membership.physicianscientists.org/ which has an explanation of the membership benefits.
California Regional Meeting September 12
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2nd California Physician Scientists Symposium to be hosted at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California on November 15, 2008. We look forward to hosting physician-scientist trainees from the entire West Coast area.
Texas Regional Meeting September 12
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2nd Texas Physician Scientists Symposium to be hosted at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas on November 15, 2008. We look forward to hosting physician-scientist trainees from the entire Gulf Coast area.
New York Regional Meeting September 12
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2nd New York Physician Scientists Symposium to be hosted at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, New York on November 22, 2008. We look forward to hosting physician-scientist trainees from the entire East Coast area.
The CSCR/MWAFMR 2009 Combined Annual Meeting offers complimentary registration and access to their travel awards to current dues-paying members of the APSA. The CSCR/MWAFMR Poster Session precedes the APSA/ASCI/AAP Meeting in Chicago, IL (click here for abstract submission info - Deadline - December 5th, 2008, 11:59 PM EST and click here for travel awards info). Abstract Submission to APSA/ASCI/AAP will open at a later date.

French MD-PhD Retreat Scientific Journeys 2007 September 14
The American Physician Scientists Association is formally represented by Freddy Nguyen at the French MD-PhD Retreat Scientific Journeys 2007 in Paris, France. This meeting also brought together an informal group of representatives from the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, and the United States.
