- How do I delete a sticker from my profile?
Go to the “My Stickers” tab. Click the “X” on the top right corner of the sticker you would like to delete.
- Why can I only send 20 stickers per day?
Unfortunately, facebook limits the number of requests each user can send per application (as a spam prevention measure). We do not have control over this, but you can come back tomorrow and send 20 more!
- What happened to the search bar?
We removed it due to performance problems, but are planning to put it back sometime soon.
- How do I find stickers that I’ve uploaded or shared in the past?
Go to the “My Stickers” tab. Click on the “My Uploaded Stickers” or “My Shared Stickers” links to see the stickers that you have previously uploaded or shared. To share these stickers with friends, click on the sticker image itself. On the next page, you can share that sticker and add it to your profile.
- How do I share stickers with my friends?
Go to the “Browse tab” and click the “share sticker” link under the sticker you’d like to share. On the next page, select the friends you’d like to share the sticker with and click, “Send bumper sticker request”
- I removed the bumper sticker box from my profile, how do I get it back?
Click on the “edit” link in the applications sidebar on the left side of every page. Find the bumper sticker application in the list of your installed applications and click, “edit settings.” Make sure the “Profile” is visible to everyone.
- What can I do about offensive stickers?
If you see an offensive sticker, click on the image. On the next page, click on the "flag this sticker as offensive" link. We will review and take down stickers that are flagged as offensive by enough people.
- How can I report copyright infringements?

- How do I make a sticker?
You can use any image editing program to make a .jpg, .png or .gif image file that you can then upload to the bumper sticker app and share with you friends.
For PC users, Microsoft has a free image editing program called "Paint"
- Open Microsoft Paint (Start> All Programs> Accessories> Paint)
- Go to Image > Attributes and change the width to 170 and the heigth to 200
- Draw something cool, or copy a cool image off the internet.
- "File" ->"Save"
- Enter a filename
- Change "Save as type" to be "JPEG"
- Go to the bumper sticker application (http://apps.facebook.com/bumpersticker/)
- Click on the "Upload Stickers" tab
- Browse your computer to find the image file you just created and click "upload"
*Note that in Microsoft Paint, you must save the image as a JPEG file since Bumper Sticker does not support .bmp images.
Alternatively, you can use commercial image editers like Macromedia Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop (which you have to buy) to create a .jpg, .png or .gif image file.
- Why are some stickers not showing up when I browse?
Some stickers are showing up as text, or for Internet Explorer users as a Red X. This is a serious bug we are working to fix.
